SHIPPING
We ship nationwide in South Africa at a current flat-rate of R100. If your order includes made-to-order items, your package will be shipped once your order has been completed within the 5-10 working days lead time.
COLLECTIONS
We offer pick-ups (by appointment only which can be arranged on 083 378 6981) at 585 Van Gogh Crescent, Moreletapark, Pretoria. At checkout please choose the “Collection” option. Packages must be collected within 4 weeks of purchase, otherwise it will be placed back in the shop.
REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Please note that we do not take any returns (or exchanges) on any preloved, jewellery and wellness products. Hygiene is one of our most important priorities during these times. If you would like to return new clothing or accessories (excluding jewellery) you have purchased, you are welcome to return or exchange your order within 5 days of the date of delivery in its original packaging and condition. Once we have assessed the condition of the item, you will be refunded or have the option to exchange your item. Exchanges are only allowed for the exact same item (in another colour of print) or for an item of the exact same value. Any shipping fees associated with returned items will be for the customer’s account.
DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective or if you received the wrong item so that we can address and resolve the problem.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, preloved items, jewellery and wellness products.
